Clinical Psychology Registrar / Clinical Psychologist CCP is Accepting New Team Members to Commence January 2026 Coburg Clinical Psychology (CCP) is a respected private practice that has been in operation since 2005. We are seeking a Clinical Registrar or Endorsed Clinical Psychologist (0.4 EFT employment with the opportunity to increase from June 2026 onwards) to join our wonderful team. Suitable candidates will conduct clinical interviews and implement psychological therapies, as well as liaise with other treating health professionals. CCP offers assessment and treatment to adults with mild through to moderate mental health presentations. Why Work with Us? Our receptionists are incredibly competent and there for each member of our team between 9am and 5pm (or 6pm), Monday to Friday. Over the years, we have refined our processes and automation, so that our Psychologists can come into the clinic and do the clinical work, rather than be burdened with the administrative tasks of following up referrals, completing intake forms and collecting payments. CCP prides itself on nurturing its practitioners to grow as individuals, practice members, and clinicians by offering: 20‑40 hours of 1:1 supervision per year (depending on appointment fraction and clinician needs) Primary & secondary supervision for the Clinical Registrar Program with 3 in‑house Board‑Approved Supervisors 14 hours (approx.) of group supervision and/or CPD presentations per annum Regular check‑ins to ensure that each member of our team is caring for their own mental health Encouragement to develop each clinician’s interest areas, with no pressure to work with unfamiliar presentations Generous remuneration commensurate with experience CPD allowance of $800 per annum (pro rata for part‑time appointments) Freedom to develop and grow skills within different modalities – we’re not limited to one sort of therapy A sophisticated intake system so that our clinicians can avoid medico‑legal work Freedom to choose days and hours of work (no requirement of weekend work, nor working after 6pm on weekdays) A flexible and supportive environment for parents looking to work within school or daycare hours An absolute cap of 24 client bookings per week on a full‑time arrangement to ensure staff wellbeing and prevent burnout Our physical practice is located in the heart of Coburg and offers a beautiful 5‑roomed purpose‑built clinic with free parking and cafes within metres. We have secure video entry so that you are safe at all hours of the day.
