Head of Marketing With an exciting period of growth underway, a dynamic senior leadership team, and some of Australia’s most iconic fashion brands in our portfolio, we are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and strategic Head of Marketing to join GAZMAN. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially astute and innovative marketing leader with proven experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands. We’re looking for someone who combines creative vision with analytical rigour — a leader that can inspire and develop a team, set the marketing direction for a nationally recognised brand, and bring bold, customer‑focused ideas to life. In this pivotal role, you will shape strategy, elevate customer engagement, and further strengthen GAZMAN’s brand presence across Australia and beyond. Responsibilities Lead and manage the marketing function, setting strategic direction and overseeing day‑to‑day operations Develop and execute seasonal and annual marketing strategies to drive revenue, customer growth, and brand leadership Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, content, media, and advertising materials across all channels Identify and engage customer segments with targeted, data‑driven communication strategies. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams, agencies, media and wholesale partners to maximise marketing impact Champion customer insights and ensure marketing strategies enhance engagement and loyalty, including GAZClub Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing marketing team while managing budgets and resources effectively You will have A relevant marketing degree and at least 7 years’ senior marketing experience, ideally in fashion or retail Strong knowledge of both traditional and emerging marketing channels, including digital, e‑commerce, and print Proven leadership capability, project management, problem‑solving, and creative thinking abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail.
