The Role You’ll visit customers after their solar is installed to make sure everything’s working and they feel confident using it. Think: friendly check‑ins, basic app set‑ups, simple troubleshooting, and capturing a few photos of finished jobs. It’s a people‑first role with hands‑on learning and clear pathways into customer success, technical support, operations, or sales. You’ll: Visit recent installs to deliver a 5‑star handover experience Help customers install monitoring apps and connect Wi‑Fi (we’ll train you) Do short satisfaction check‑ins and gather feedback Capture quality photos of completed jobs (we’ll show you how) Keep simple notes in our CRM and coordinate any follow‑ups Full Training & Support Paid, structured onboarding with shadowing and step‑by‑step playbooks Ongoing coaching from experienced team leads Clear growth pathways into CX, Tech Support, Ops, or Sales What You’ll Bring (no solar experience needed) Great communication and a genuine, helpful attitude Comfortable learning basic tech/app steps (we’ll train you) Organised, reliable, and happy talking to people every day Full driver’s licence What You’ll Get $52,000 base + performance bonuses ($75k–$100k OTE) Company vehicle , expense card, laptop & phone A fun‑meets‑professional team culture with real progression Make a visible impact for customers and the planet Ready to Start Your Career?
