Position Details Title: Customer Service Representative Start Date: Mid January 2026 Pay Rate: $37.39 per hour + Super Hours: 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week Location: Gosford Roster: Rotating shifts between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a State Government client for multiple Customer Service Representatives. You’ll provide assistance, advice, and customer support for multifaceted enquiries and complaints to ensure outstanding service delivery. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where your communication skills and attention to detail will shine. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries across multiple channels with accurate, timely information Maintain records and databases in line with privacy and compliance requirements Deliver high-quality customer service aligned with organisational values Provide advice to build customer capability regarding products and services Accurately record and resolve complaints and escalated enquiries Perform administrative tasks to support effective service delivery Contribute ideas for continuous improvement What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Intermediate computer skills Ability to learn new systems quickly Previous government experience is a plus but not essential Training & Support Two weeks of classroom training followed by a nesting period On-site training for 12 weeks, then potential hybrid work (minimum 2 days on-site per week) Ongoing support from Team Leaders Why Work as a Contractor with Ignite?
