To further strengthen the execution of COWI’s strategy, we are looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to join our Transformation Office team. As a Senior Transformation Manager, you will become responsible for our internal investment portfolio and play a vital role in guiding our most critical strategic initiatives. You will partner closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders within business development, business partner functions, and digitalization to ensure that transformation efforts are executed with clarity, precision, and measurable impact. In this role you will report to the Head of Transformation and Innovation Office, Signe-Emilie Samsøe. Key responsibilities Plan, support, and execute top strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Manage COWI’s internal investment portfolio, prioritizing initiatives and tracking progress against goals. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of transformation projects. Apply project management best practices to monitor risks, timelines, and quality of delivery. Engage senior leadership and stakeholders to maintain alignment, transparency, and momentum. Lead change management and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and process optimization. Together, we design the future You thrive in this role, you are a strategic thinker with skilled project management abilities and capable of leading cross‑functional initiatives. Furthermore, you possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to influence and build lasting relationships across the organization. On top of that you have: Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in management consulting or corporate strategy functions (Corporate transformation, Strategy, PMO, Portfolio Strategy, M&A, Integration). University degree or MBA from a recognized university or business school. Demonstrated financial and analytical capabilities to support data‑driven decision‑making. Proficient in English, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
