With a reputation built on long-term partnerships, quality products, and reliable service, the business is seeking a capable Sales Manager to drive growth, cultivate key client relationships, and lead a highly-capable team located across the state of WA. Reporting directly to the owners, you’ll lead a team of account managers across metropolitan and regional areas, with responsibility for state-wide sales performance, account retention, and commercial delivery. You'll also be the primary point of contact for key customer groups, owning those relationships and establishing trust where needed. This is not a corporate gig—it’s a hands‑on leadership role in a lean, fast-paced setting. You’ll need to bring energy, maturity, and practical know-how. Expect to: Rebuild and manage key customer relationships Drive discipline in sales planning, activity, and promotional execution Coach and develop a long‑tenured team Manage budgets, targets, and field-level performance Be present in market and close to operational detail Success will require resilience, commercial clarity, and a low-ego approach. You’re someone who leads with consistency, earns trust quickly, and drives outcomes without drama. You bring experience in wholesale, consumer goods or a related sector, understand the rhythms of retail-facing supply, and can hold your own in high‑stakes client conversations.
