Overview Early Learning Access and Support Officer – Casual (Wodonga, VIC, 3690) – Hybrid work model, based in Melbourne, Shepparton, Seymour or other Northern Victoria towns. This casual role blends attention to detail with a strong values lens, ensuring that the systems and processes we rely on are effective and uphold our commitment to quality, equity, and accountability across our early learning structure. Responsibilities Support a range of administrative functions within our Early Learning portfolio. Contribute to a values‑driven team dedicated to improving service delivery and family support. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and enhance systems and processes that support high‑quality early learning programs. Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in an administration role with strong organisation and planning skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills, empathy and support at the forefront of work. Passionate about early learning and community engagement.
