Job description Role: Educational Leader Location: 128 Cornelia Road, Toongabbie, 2146, NSW Centre: Goodstart Toongabbie Employment Type: Permanent Full-time (start in January 2026) Pay: $36 - $41 per hour plus allowance plus super Key responsibilities Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence. Collaborate with educators to observe, review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children, deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, and guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
