Your responsibilities will include Join Lockheed Martin Australia’s C-130J Program Team and be part of keeping this critical Defence capability running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role offering variety, flexibility, and the chance to contribute to a high‑performing team within a dynamic and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and office support to the C-130J Program team Escort visitors and VIPs on base, manage meeting rooms, and coordinate events and meetings Manage simple procurements, including lunches, P‑Group items, and uniforms Deliver ad hoc administrative support to the management team Support Supply Chain activities through data entry, documentation, and reporting Extract data, compile information, and prepare reports as required About you We are looking for a proactive and adaptable individual with a can‑do attitude who enjoys working in a team environment but is also confident working autonomously. You will have a willingness to learn, be reliable, and bring strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook essential) is required, and experience with databases and reporting is highly regarded. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment while being capable of managing tasks independently. Special Requirements Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance (baseline) and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
