As an Entry Level Leasehand, you’ll play an important role by supporting the day-to‑day rig operations. Think of it like a Trade Assistant job but in the heart of Australia’s energy sector. You’ll be moving gear, helping clean and maintain the site, and backing up the crew where needed. On top of gaining hands‑on experience, you'll also be enrolled into Certificate II in Oil & Gas Drilling (Onshore) and Well Servicing, just like an apprenticeship. This is your opportunity to learn the ropes, develop your skills, and kickstart your career in the Oil & Gas sector. Duties Include: Rigging Up and Down: Assist with rigging up and down the site for each job. Vehicle & Equipment Prep: Prepare vehicles and equipment for action, ensuring everything is in working order. Manual Labour: Help with a variety of physical tasks as directed by the rig crew. Site Cleaning: Keep the site, including the smoko shack, clean and tidy, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the crew.
