Site Supervisor – Commercial Plumbing (Rockingham Area) $60–$70/hr + Vehicle | Long Term Work | T1 Contracts A well-established plumbing contractor is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead commercial plumbing works across long-term Tier 1 (T1) projects based in the Rockingham / southern suburbs area. This is a stable, long-term opportunity for someone who can run a site confidently, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and deliver quality work safely and on program. About the role Supervise commercial plumbing works on Tier 1 construction sites Manage daily site activities, labour and subcontractors Liaise with builders, PMs, site managers and other trades Ensure QA standards, compliance and safety are met Read plans, coordinate materials and drive productivity Maintain site reporting, variations and progress tracking Lead by example and keep jobs running smoothly What we’re looking for Proven experience as a Plumbing Site Supervisor / Leading Hand / Foreman Strong commercial plumbing background Comfortable working on Tier 1 projects Great communication and leadership skills Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple moving parts Safety focused with a high standard of workmanship What’s on offer $60–$70 per hour + company vehicle Long-term, stable pipeline of work Rockingham based projects (minimise travel where possible) Strong support from management and project team Opportunity to step into a key leadership role long term Apply This is a private and confidential recruitment process .
