Description Student placement - North West Catchment Location For this placement, you would be based at the Footscray centre with intermittent work at other sites within the North West region of Melbourne. Students on placement will need to have a police check and a Working with Children Check Eligibility Diploma of Community Services Your placement would include: For Diploma Students: A day in the life of this position includes observing and supporting our central intake, observing comprehensive assessments, shadowing our CRC Workers, developing individual treatment plans and making referrals, and preparing notes of observed interventions. Your observations will include assessing risk for both the client and their significant others. You will participate in clinical reviews and clinical supervision and other Catchment meetings. You will provide CRC and Brief Interventions in outreach and advocacy, and provide facilitation and support to our therapeutic day program. To apply for a student this placement please apply here.
