If you’re looking for work with purpose and the opportunity for career progression, join the team in Moora as a Job Coach and assist in changing people’s lives for the better As a Job Coach, your role will be to guide clients towards job-readiness that enable opportunities for employment once they are ready for work. You will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients onsite Monday to Friday to provide support for a sustainable career. On a typical day as a Job Coach you might be: Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment; Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients; Placing participants into sustainable employment; Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process. You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have an impact in the diversity and inclusion space.
