As a Junior Project Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of projects, lead teams, and gain hands‑on experience in project management, all while receiving mentorship to grow into a senior supervisory role. Your Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple project sites. Use digital tools to enhance project planning, scheduling, and compliance. Coordinate teams, contractors, and resources for smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with WHS and industry regulations. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Solve on‑site challenges proactively and drive efficiency. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. What We’re Looking For Tradesperson with a background in painting, remedial work, or a related field. Confident in leading people and managing projects. Willingness to use digital tools to enhance project delivery. Strong communication skills and a desire to grow into a senior role. Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Essential: Valid Driver’s License & White Card. Valuable: EWP, WAH, First Aid & IRATA certifications. What’s in It for You?
