We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven TA Operations Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimising and streamlining our ATS/CRM systems, ensuring seamless reporting, and driving process improvements. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Talent Acquisition to enhance system configurations, implement automation, and establish best practices that support the overall efficiency of our recruitment efforts. With a strong focus on data integrity and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience while empowering the TA team to make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities System Optimisation: Manage configuration, user permissions, and fields within the JobVite ATS/CRM, making necessary adjustments to enhance system functionality. Identify and prioritise opportunities to re-configure systems for improved user experience and usability. Reporting & Analytics: Partner with IT Application Support and JobVite analysts to build customised JobVite dashboards that meet operational team needs. This includes tracking recruiting activities, CRM effectiveness, pipeline health, source of hire, and monthly reporting. Establish and monitor Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience through regular surveys to measure and enhance satisfaction. Process Excellence & Automation: Document core recruiting processes (SOPs) to drive standardisation and provide training support for the team. Identify and implement automation opportunities within existing systems to improve speed and the overall candidate experience. Stakeholder Partnership & Training: Provide training for recruiters and hiring managers on new dashboards, reports, and workflow changes. Collaborate with the Finance team to align hiring-cost tracking and revenue-per-hire calculations. Act as the primary point of contact with JobVite support and external tech vendors to address system-related issues. Skills, Attributes, and Experience: Essential: 3+ years of experience in recruitment operations, HR analytics, or business intelligence within a high-volume environment. Advanced skills in ATS/CRM administration and Excel. Proven ability to translate operational needs into actionable business requirements and detailed action plans. Demonstrated experience leading process improvements or projects. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience delivering training. High attention to detail, a focus on data integrity, and a bias for continuous improvement. Desirable: Experience with JobVite ATS. ATS implementation experience. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI/Tableau). Why VetPartners?
