WAW Windows | Melbourne VIC Sales – Full Time Sales Consultant – Aluminium Windows & Doors About the Company WAW Windows is a Melbourne-based company specialising in premium aluminium windows, doors and sunroom systems. We supply high-quality residential and commercial projects, including: Aluminium windows Sliding doors, bifold doors, entry doors Sunroom / glass room systems With strong business growth and increasing market demand, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join us. About the Role This role focuses on customer consultation, product quoting, project coordination and active new client acquisition within the building and construction industry. Applicants with aluminium window & door or building-materials experience preferred. Existing client resources in construction industry highly valued. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries and provide professional product solutions Present product materials, glass options, hardware systems and installation details Actively prospect and develop new clients (builders, renovators, architects, developers, etc.) Discover and follow up leads via calls, site visits and online channels Prepare quotations, contracts and order documentation Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery and after-service Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships Assist with showroom visits and marketing activities Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth Skills & Experience Previous sales experience preferred Experience in aluminium windows & doors / facade / building materials is a strong advantage Candidates with existing client resources preferred Strong communication and client relationship skills Proactive, reliable and results‑driven Able to independently manage sales tasks and work collaboratively with the team What We Offer Competitive base salary + high commission Project incentives + long‑term growth opportunities Professional product training & technical support Fast career development pathway (Sales Team Leader / Project Manager) Supportive and positive work culture Strong supply‑chain and production support How to Apply If you are passionate about sales and want to grow your career in the building‑materials industry in Australia, we would love to hear from you.
