Our client, based in Welshpool, seeks a Trade Qualified Mechanic, working on Heavy Vehicle Trailers. On offer is ongoing work with full time hours. The hours of work will generally be 6 am starts Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday, approximately 40 hour weeks. This is an immediate start. You Will Be Required To Have Experience in the maintenance, repair, and servicing of trailers used in heavy haulage operations, including low loaders and drop decks. The ideal candidate will have experience working with hydraulic systems, braking systems, suspension, and structural components of heavy‑duty trailers. Minimum of a C Class manual drivers licence LF Ticket Trade Qualifications, from LV to HD Fitter Key Capabilities Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy haulage trailers. Diagnose and repair faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Conduct welding and fabrication as required. Ensure compliance with safety and roadworthiness standards. Maintain accurate service records and report issues promptly.
