In this exciting role as a Business Central Functional Consultant , you will have to help our clients achieve their business goals through effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and map them to Business Central functionalities. Conduct detailed business analysis sessions to gather client requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and design documents. Configure and customize Business Central to meet specific business needs. Ensure the system setup aligns with best practices and optimizes performance. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users and administrators. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users to ensure effective use of the system. Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using Business Central capabilities. Implement workflow automation and other efficiency-enhancing features. Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, and business processes. Develop user guides, training manuals, and technical documentation. Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing of the Business Central system to ensure it meets client requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs during the testing phase. Assist with data migration strategies and execute data migration tasks to transition from legacy systems to Business Central. Ensure seamless integration with other business applications and systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates on project progress and milestones. Work with developers to design and implement customizations and enhancements to Business Central. Ensure custom solutions are scalable and maintainable. Ensure the system complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Implement security measures to protect business data and ensure data privacy. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Continuously seek opportunities to improve system functionality and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT staff, and business stakeholders. Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure successful project outcomes. Qualifications Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification. Experience with project management methodologies. Knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
