An exciting opportunity is available to join the School Planning, Review and Annual Reporting Unit in the School Performance Division, Teaching, Learning and School Performance subgroup in Schools and Regional Services for fixed term backfill opportunity as a Program Advisor till 31 July 2026. The School Planning, Review and Annual Reporting Unit implements the Framework for Improving Student Outcome (FISO) 2.0 through school strategic and annual implementation planning, school review and annual reporting processes. The Unit is responsible for policy, guidance, and ongoing delivery of these important functions. As the Unit of the work is dynamic, the work program for which the Program Advisor is responsible for will be allocated based on the needs of the unit and the skills and experiences of the successful applicant. Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: supporting project administration, reporting and budget monitoring activities supporting implementation of the Unit's quality assurance process which includes quality assurance of key directions for the school strategic plan, school review reports and annual reports supporting procurement and contract management activities supporting ongoing program delivery including administration for professional learning delivery, development and maintenance of project administration tools, development of guidance and resources, and providing support for data analysis Familiarity with the school environment and proficiency with Microsoft Excel is desirable for this position.
