About the Role As our Finance & Insurance Specialist, you will: Present tailored finance & insurance solutions to customers purchasing new and used vehicles Build strong relationships with customers and internal sales teams Ensure all applications, contracts, and compliance documentation are completed accurately Maximise finance penetration, insurance sales and warranty products Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender requirements and regulatory obligations Deliver a seamless, transparent, and engaging customer experience What We’re Looking For Previous experience as an F&I Business Manager or Finance Consultant in automotive Strong understanding of finance products, insurance, and lending compliance Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail A proactive, customer-first mindset Current Driver’s License What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions Supportive, well-established dealership culture Tenure Policy Incentives Ongoing training and professional development Strong lead flow from high-performing sales teams Opportunity to work with one of Australia’s most trusted automotive brands Long-term career prospects within the group Why Co-op Toyota?
