They’re looking for a hands‑on, strategic CRO Manager to own and elevate their conversion optimisation function. What you’ll do Develop and execute a structured CRO roadmap across Shopify, GA4, Clarity, VWO, and other tools. Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimise navigation, personalization, checkout, and more. Turn analytics and user insights into actionable strategies that improve conversion, revenue per visitor, and overall digital experience. Collaborate across e‑commerce, UX/design, CRM, marketing, and paid media to integrate CRO initiatives. Build the foundation for a growing team, with potential dotted‑line management over UX functions in the future. About you Strategic yet hands‑on: you can plan the roadmap and run the experiments yourself. Data‑driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously. Experience in CRO or digital experimentation, ideally in a DTC/e‑commerce environment, with empathy for diverse customer needs.
