You will be tasked with providing one‑on‑one individualised support through case management, as well as effectively building relationships with community organisations to achieve positive outcomes for the local youth. About You Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate field (social work, psychology, human services or similar), along with at least 3 years’ experience working in the social / community sector. Demonstrated experience in implementing case management, youth program development and managing budgets and records. Hold a current drivers' licence, and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (or ability to obtain) Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain) Please note: Working With Children Check (Blue Card) No Card, No Start and Restricted Person legislation applies.
