HR Specialist | Hiring | Onboarding | Employee Support Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Kronos Consultant to design, configure, and optimize UKG/Kronos Workforce Central solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise across Kronos modules, integrations, data migration, and performance tuning, while also demonstrating leadership, problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Technical Responsibilities Design, configure, and optimize Kronos Workforce Central modules including Timekeeper, Scheduler, Activities, Device Manager, Data Integration . Work with legacy systems, UKG Pro, and Dell Boomi integrations to support end‑to‑end workforce management processes. Develop workflows, custom interfaces, and integrations using Workforce Integration Manager (WIM), REST APIs, SQL , and other relevant tools. Perform data migrations , ensuring data integrity and smooth integration with external systems. Enhance database performance through SQL query optimization in Oracle SQL Developer and Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio. Manage system upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance enhancements with minimal business disruption. Provide strong technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving system issues; guide and support team members as needed. Manage and support Kronos mobile applications and cloud‑based solutions. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure business continuity. Stay updated on evolving UKG/Kronos technologies , best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve system performance and capabilities. Operational & Support Responsibilities Maintain the Kronos/UKG applications and ensure ongoing system stability. Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver reliable solutions within defined timelines and budgets. Interact with client technical leads, business users, and stakeholders to understand requirements and drive assigned tasks to completion. Manage and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for support, maintenance, and issue resolution. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user‑reported issues, ensuring effective communication and timely solutions. Ensure all project deliverables meet governance standards, quality benchmarks, and best practices. Identify system limitations, gaps, and process deficiencies; recommend scalable and effective improvements. Contribute to strategic decision‑making by understanding the bigger picture of business and technology alignment. Good‑to‑Have Skills Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA , or similar platforms. Functional knowledge of Facility Services, Utilities Services, or Work Management domains. Familiarity with ITIL processes for application maintenance and support. Experience converting EBA requirements into system configuration. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Proven experience working with Kronos Workforce Central / UKG platforms. Strong SQL skills and experience with integration and workflow technologies. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
