What you’ll be doing: As an Analytics Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making, transforming raw numbers into powerful insights that shape business strategy. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders to uncover deep insights into member behaviour, partner engagement, and program effectiveness fueling smarter decisions that enhance experiences, strengthen partnerships, and maximize business value. Your curiosity and analytical mindset will help drive key business objectives and inform strategies that deliver value and align with squad OKRs. Key Responsibilities: Consulting, influencing, and advising key business stakeholders independently, including Product and Marketing. Building and designing self-serve reports and dashboards. Delivering reporting, analysing and attributing conversion, generating insights, and optimising digital experiences and campaigns. Partnering with business teams to proactively solve problems and collaborate effectively. Applying key analytical concepts, including statistical methodology, to inform decisions. Supporting marketing campaign targeting and conducting post-campaign analysis, including test & learn methodology (desirable). Working within an agile environment and participating in agile ceremonies and practices such as SCRUM and Kanban (desirable). This is a 6-month max-term parental leave cover. You’ll be great in this role if you: 3+ years in an insights analytics role or equivalent, with a focus on driving business outcomes. Expertise in SQL and Python (or similar coding languages). Proficiency in visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau (or similar). Experience using digital analytics tools for reporting and optimisation. Degree or postgraduate qualification in marketing, business, mathematics, analytics, or related areas (desirable). Experience with loyalty programs or loyalty marketing (desirable). Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices (desirable). Experience in marketing campaign targeting and post-campaign analysis (desirable).
