What You’ll Do Lead, motivate, and support the kitchen team to maintain a positive and high‑performing environment. Oversee daily food production, presentation, and hygiene to ensure consistency and quality. Create and deliver innovative menus that reflect current food trends and delight our guests. Train, mentor, and support team members, including recruitment and performance management. Conduct regular team briefings and assist with rostering and record keeping through UKGPro and SAP. Monitor compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and safety standards across all kitchen operations. What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high‑volume environment. Previous experience in an international hotel or resort (minimum 2 years). Strong background in both à la carte and buffet service. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team. Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Creativity, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for food.
