About Us Join Help at Hand Support Services as a Maddington Disability Support Worker. We’re passionate about empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives, providing person‑centred care tailored to each participant’s unique needs and goals. Pay AU$32.56 – AU$41.00 per hour The Role We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. Your work will be varied and exciting: one day you might be supporting a participant on a beach day out, at a movie, or a sporting event; the next day could involve attending medical appointments or providing companionship at home. Every day is an opportunity to make a real difference. What We’re Looking For Cert III in Disability or higher (or equivalent experience) Experience in high care, mental health, trauma‑informed care, or behaviours of concern Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/CPR certificates Full and clean Australian driver’s licence and access to a fully insured, reliable vehicle Good communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently Remain calm and professional in challenging situations Additional Requirements Right to live and work in Australia International police check (if applicable) or current police check within 6 months Why Work With Us?
