You’ll use your ability to connect, problem‑solve, and understand individual needs to confidently guide customers toward the right products, services, and solutions. This is a permanent, full‑time role (38 hours per week), offering variety, growth, and the chance to work across multiple branches within the Townsville region. Experience in banking or finance is highly desirable, as it will support your success in delivering informed, high‑quality customer service. If you’re passionate about people, driven to deliver outstanding service, and ready for a rewarding new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
