If your answers to the above questions are YES, YES & YES, then we might be a good fit - read on 1) What we do We specialise in DTF (direct to film) and UV DTF printing. We print digital images onto transfer film, which our customers (print shops, fashion brands, sports clubs, uniform shops etc.) then use to decorate garments. 2) The Position Operating DTF printers/machinery to produce beautiful DTF transfers. Ability to perform moderate lifting of up to 20kg when operating DTF printing equipment. Inspecting the transfers to make sure that they’re perfect and without blemish. Packing and dispatching orders. Speaking to customers (walk-ins or on phone) Cleaning/maintaining the printers & work areas. Using heat presses to apply transfers onto garments. Creating, maintaining and adhering to process documents. Any other duties which may be required by management from time to time to meet operational needs. 3) Positions Available We have 2 full time positions available for the right candidates. A couple of part time/longer term casual positions may also be available (depending on availability & flexibility). 4) What You'll Need to Succeed in This Role A genuine passion for learning & making a difference. Be open and adaptable to change - as a young and rapid growing business, we regularly innovate and make changes to our work processes to improve efficiency as well as the results for our customers. You must be prepared to change and grow with the company, and perhaps suggest some of these changes (to make your job easier and more streamlined) yourself Experience in printing operations/packaging is a bonus. However, willingness to learn and grow with us is more important.
