Site Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager with a strong background in civil and construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all day‑to‑day on‑site construction activities. Supervise subcontractors, site crews, plant operators, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and ensure works are delivered in line with plans, specifications, and timeframes. Ensure that site inductions and toolbox talks are completed on time and in accordance with Boots Civil WHS requirements. Manage logistics, materials, plant, and equipment across multiple sites. Identify risks, resolve site issues, and ensure proactive solutions. Maintain daily site diaries, progress photos, and quality assurance documentation. Assist with project scheduling, forecasting, and cost control. Report project status to the Project Manager and senior leadership. Skills & Experience Demonstrated ability to oversee several civil or construction sites simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site processes, and industry standards. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Strong commitment to workplace health and safety. Proficiency in site reporting systems and basic project management tools. Certificate or Diploma in Civil Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Experience with civil works such as earthworks, concrete, drainage, utilities, roads, or structural works. Experience working with contractors, councils, utility providers, and regulatory bodies.
