Digital Marketing Consultant (Mid-Level) Location: Warriewood, Sydney (On‑Site) Type: Full‑time Digi We Do is a boutique digital marketing consultancy based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We help ambitious Australian brands grow through data‑driven strategy, creative execution, and genuine partnership. We’re looking for a Consultant who can confidently manage client relationships and deliver measurable results across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO . You’ll work directly with business owners and marketing managers, building campaigns, dashboards, and strategies that drive real growth. What You’ll Do Manage client accounts independently, acting as the main point of contact Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or Supermetrics Analyse data to identify opportunities and optimise performance Use Google Search Console and other SEO tools to track organic visibility and improve rankings Collaborate with our content and creative teams to align campaigns and messaging Contribute to new proposals and business development opportunities Mentor junior team members on best practices and campaign execution What You Bring Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts Working knowledge of SEO and Google Search Console Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data clearly Experience with GTM, tracking, and conversion setups Familiarity with Shopify, CRM systems, and organic social management Excellent communication and organisation skills A proactive mindset with a focus on results and client success Why Digi We Do We’re small enough that your work makes an immediate impact — and experienced enough to back you with structure, tools, and proven frameworks.
