In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic oversight and expert advice on misconduct and reportable conduct matters, helping to shape a culture of integrity and accountability across the ACT public education system. Qualifications Extensive experience managing complex and sensitive employee relations matters within the ACTPS and/or a highly regulated environment. Strong leadership and team management capabilities High-level written and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation, policy, and enterprise agreements relevant to employee relations and other people related matters.
