Full-time | Construction & Field Services We're looking for an organised, proactive Customer Scheduling Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you'll be the central hub connecting customers, construction crews, traffic management providers, and subcontractors—making sure every job is scheduled accurately and delivered smoothly. About the Role You’ll manage day-to-day scheduling across multiple workstreams including construction activities, traffic control requirements, and subcontractor allocation. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and communicates clearly with both customers and field teams. Key Responsibilities Coordinate construction job schedules, site access, and workflow sequencing Book and manage traffic management services, plans, and permit requirements Schedule subcontractors and ensure availability aligns with project timelines Communicate regularly with customers regarding job timing, updates, and changes Resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and proactively Maintain accurate records, calendars, and project updates in scheduling systems Liaise with internal teams to ensure resources, equipment, and materials are aligned What You Bring Minimum 2 years scheduling or coordination experience required (construction or trades environment ideal) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy Good problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions Experience with scheduling, CRM, or job management software Australian citizenship or permanent residency required Why Join Us?
