From greeting and serving guests, managing team rosters and labour budgets and providing recruitment and training to a diverse group of individuals. This is a hands‑on role where energy, attention to detail, and a love for great hospitality shine. Skills & Experience Previous experience in a supervisor or senior F&B role working in hotels or restaurants. Experience managing and training teams, driver a strong team culture and driving a great guest experience. Proven knowledge of food and beverage items, including wine and cocktails (training will be provided). Warm, friendly and approachable manor. Great communication skills, flexibility and approachable.
