Join our team as a Clinical Support Officer (CSO) and play a key role in keeping the Operating Theatres & PACU departments running smoothly. In this vital administrative position, you’ll work closely with the Nursing Unit Manager, Admin Team and the broader health care team to ensure efficient coordination of patient care. You’ll have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively, using your initiative and problem‑solving skills to support daily functions and deliver accurate, timely administrative services that make a real difference to staff and patients alike. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, processing and reporting are essential, as you’ll be responsible for maintaining high‑quality information that supports effective clinical and operational decision‑making. A little about us Shoalhaven Memorial Hospital, located on Yuin Country, is the main referral hospital for the Shoalhaven region, providing emergency care, medical, surgical and orthopaedic services. The hospital has an Intensive Care Unit focusing on high dependency and coronary patients, Children’s Ward and Maternity Unit, as well as a purpose‑built regional Cancer Care Centre and sub‑acute Mental Health Unit. The hospital is currently undergoing a significant $440M redevelopment that will redefine how healthcare is delivered within the Region.
