We employ a multi‑disciplinary team approach to build a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their families. Job Description We are expanding our team and would love to welcome experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologists eager to be part of a multidisciplinary team and make a difference. Successful candidates will provide supports to NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on location): Canberra, Queanbeyan, Tuggeranong, Gunning, Yass, Gundaroo, Belconnen, Jerrabombera and surrounding areas. Our team assists individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. Caseloads may span early intervention (infants 0‑12 months; feeding; early language; parent coaching), paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). We are passionate about supporting staff in their career journey, with clear clinical and operational pathways for progression. Responsibilities Manage an allocated caseload (based on negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services. Early Years (0‑5 years) – early intervention and parent coaching, including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school‑readiness. School‑aged children (5‑18 years) – literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation. Adults – functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management, neurodegenerative disease, stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
