Speech Pathologist – Join the ORS Family Are you ready to make a real difference while having fun along the way? The ORS Speech Pathology team is growing – and we’re on the hunt for our next superstar clinician You’ll join a national crew of 60+ passionate Speech Pathologists in our NDIS division, working with participants aged 0–65 . From tiny tots to adults, you’ll help clients with a wide variety of needs, diagnoses and goals – no two days will ever look the same Your Role You’ll work alongside amazing clients over months (sometimes years), building strong bonds and celebrating their wins every step of the journey. Your toolbox will include: ✨ Communication assessments ✨ Swallowing & paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments ✨ Mealtime management plans ✨ AAC assessments ✨ Ongoing therapy & interventions You’ll work your magic in all sorts of environments – homes, schools, preschools, group homes, day programs, the community, via telehealth, and in ORS offices.
