Senior Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Engineer We have a fantastic opportunity to work as an Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. With an amazing and mature client culture, you can lead the design, test, implement technical deliverables, and define projects in consultation with key stakeholders. You will translate operational and non-project team requirements into project deliverables. Design and integrate user access methods for applications and work to improve access processes Understanding the entire identity flow from on-prem Active Directory Good understanding of IDAP attributes Experience with EntraID and IDM systems integration (SailPoint/NetIQ/OKTA) into Azure using AADConnect Perform detailed AADC configuration analysis Establish privileged access and segregation of duties monitoring controls for identifying and mitigating risks associated with access rights Act as the subject matter expert for the IAM stream and assist with technical, operational, and strategic access control decisions Work with Business Analysts to ensure access controls are integrated with business requirements for any new application and develop documentation including run books, user guides, and other access procedures Document application functionality, permissions, profiles, and authentication parameters Experience and preferred knowledge 8+ years of experience with IAM design, implementation, and administration Advanced skills in the Microsoft Azure identity space, particularly EntraID/Azure AD Connect, and conditional access policies Thorough understanding of identity privilege and identity security Broad understanding of identity-based risk in a hybrid cloud environment Understanding of zero trust concepts, particularly perimeter fewer networks, network segmentation, and different identity types (human and non-human) Experience with modern security controls, specifically identity-aware network controls and segmenting a network to meet security requirements To be considered for this amazing opportunity, please send your resume in a Word format to and all applications will be discussed in the strictest confidence.
