ABOUT OUR CLIENT & THE ROLE Our client is a healthcare organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care while driving efficiency through data-led decision making. They are seeking a Junior Analyst to join their finance team and support the business with detailed analysis, cost modelling, and performance reporting. This role offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to develop strong analytical and business partnering skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Gather, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to support business decisions Work with supply, theatre, and other departments to capture accurate costings of procedures and patient care Contribute to budgeting, patient cost analysis, and performance modelling Utilise Power Bi to create reports presenting insights back to leadership Distil large data sets into clear, actionable information for senior stakeholders including the CEO, CIO, and Director of Nursing Assist in moving reporting processes from Excel into the organisation’s BI tools Provide input into major projects and initiatives across healthcare operations SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in an analytical or finance role Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Proficiency in Power BI or similar BI / reporting tools, with strong Excel knowledge Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders Proactive, inquisitive, and able to work across departments to gather and validate information Ability to prioritise and focus on high-value insights that drive performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
