Who we’re looking for We’re looking for an Archicad Draftsperson / 3D Modeller to support the technical development of our products. This role is evenly split between Archicad-based design and documentation with our overseas manufacturing partners. You’ll be responsible for preparing and checking detailed production orders, coordinating specifications, and ensuring all custom design elements are accurately documented for manufacture. Responsibilities Design and 3D model new portable building products in Archicad Update and customise our Archicad design library for current and new products Coordinate with overseas manufacturers, placing orders and ensuring production accuracy Check and verify custom client orders, making sure every detail is correct before manufacture Produce technical documentation: elevations, sections, and 3D footing layouts Support creation of 3D renders, marketing visuals, and installation guides Contribute to ongoing improvements in design workflows and internal systems Qualifications Advanced Archicad proficiency (essential) Experience with Lumion or similar 3D rendering software (highly desirable) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings Excellent written and verbal communication, particularly for coordinating with overseas manufacturers Knowledge of construction or structural drafting (preferred) Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively in a small team Passion for modular design, innovation, and improving systems and workflows Benefits Salary: $100,000 per year + 12% superannuation 4 weeks annual leave 10 days personal leave Paid public holidays Flexible start and finish times (Monday to Friday) Full-time role based at our Molendinar office on the Gold Coast We value flexibility, professional development, and a supportive team culture – backed by approachable leadership who genuinely care.
