It’s the kind of environment you’ll miss while you’re on holidays.Your RoleThe Senior Campaign Manager at Flybuys performs in a highly visible and cross-functional role, leading the Email Marketing Team which comprises of Digital Campaign Specialists and Front End developers.This role provides strategic direction for the full life cycle of 1:1 automation, offers management, user journey implementation, CDP and bespoke campaign builds for Flybuys Partners and internal stakeholders.Working closely with the traffic co-ordinator to manage the day-today workflow of the whole team to ensure optimal output whilst keeping it interesting with over 1000 annualised campaigns to manage.Working directly with the partners and senior leadership teams at flybuys, the Manager will ensure that our members engagement is at the core of all of our campaigns. This will include offer optimisation, channel optimisation and an experimental mindset.Leads by example for the email marketing team with an exceptional ability to push strategies for automation, user journey, CDP and implementation across a team of creatives, developers and campaign specialist.Master of 1:1 system platforms, integrations, marketing data technology systems, and pushing boundaries of success requirements.Grows, manages and leads a team of email marketing subject matter experts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment. Sets and drives the email marketing team's goals and holds accountability for reaching team, individual, and company goals.Drives 1:1 marketing innovations, enhancements, and evolution beyond partner requests, scope, and current services, considering potential impacts and overall company benefits in partnership with cross functional teams.Acts as the trusted first contact for internal teams on 1:1 campaign challenges, new ideas and partner pitches.Identify and provide ongoing key measurements.
