Own the delivery roadmap for digital programs, prioritising initiatives in line with strategic objectives. Drive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, product owners, and business sponsors to ensure alignment and transparency. Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing proactive mitigation strategies. Oversee vendor and third‑party delivery partners to ensure value and quality outcomes. Track and report on delivery metrics, providing insights to drive informed decision‑making. Champion digital‑first thinking, innovation, and the adoption of modern technology practices across the organisation. Qualifications 8+ years’ experience in digital or technology delivery roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of delivering complex digital transformation programs in financial services, superannuation, or related industries. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive‑level stakeholders. Experience managing cross‑functional delivery teams in a matrixed environment. Strong vendor and partner management experience. Familiarity with digital platforms, APIs, cloud solutions, and data integration. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Desired Skills Experience in superannuation, wealth management, or financial services. Exposure to customer portals, mobile applications, and digital self‑service platforms. Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and scaled delivery frameworks (SAFe, LeSS). Relevant certifications (e.g., Agile Delivery Lead, SAFe Agilist, PMP, Prince2).
