About the role The Performance Reporting Officer is responsible for managing performance data processes within the Centre, ensuring accurate collection, collation, and reporting of key metrics in line with contractual and governance requirements. The role supports centre management by maintaining data integrity, conducting quality assurance checks, and facilitating timely reporting to meet compliance standards. Key responsibilities Maintain performance data registers, trackers, and collation systems Liaise with functional managers to ensure timely submission of monthly performance data Extract and compile data from CCMD and SJ ODS systems for reporting Conduct quality assurance checks on performance data to prevent compliance failures Assist with other initiatives and projects as required by the Centre Manager Identify and submit Excusable Quality Failure (EQF) requests in consultation with centre management Complete monthly performance reporting within contractual timeframes Undertake assignments and tasks, as required by the Centre Manager Key experience Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven track record in data collection, collation, and reporting in a complex compliance context Experience conducting quality assurance checks on performance data Familiarity with compliance and governance requirements in highly regulated operational environments For a confidential discussion, contact Or click Apply Now – we’re ready to prioritise your application.
