Marketing & Sales Coordinator / Interior Design & Showroom All Rounder Location: Byron Bay Showroom We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate interior stylist & sales gun to join our close-knit team at Bodhi Living in our Byron Bay showroom. This is more than a retail role, it’s a chance to be part of a creative, design-led environment where storytelling, styling, and soulful interiors come together. You’ll be working with our in-house collections, curated homewares, and bespoke pieces from around the world to help customers create timeless, considered spaces. About You You have extensive background within the retail space, a background and passion for interior design and curating meaningful spaces. An eye for styling, a love for beautiful objects, and the confidence to connect with clients and guide them toward pieces that feel personal and purposeful are intrinsic qualities we will be looking for when finding someone to join our team. We’re looking for someone with: Previous experience in high-end retail, ideally within furniture or homewares A background in interior design, styling or visual merchandising Experience managingsocial media platforms(Instagram, Pinterest) andcontent creation toolssuch asCapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suit would be a bonus. Confidence incopywriting,newsletter creation (Mailchimp or Klaviyo), andwebsite updates (Shopify) A strong sense of aesthetic and appreciation for natural materials, craftsmanship, and conscious design A genuine, warm, and professional approach to customer service Confidence in sales and the ability to work autonomously or alongside our small team. Availability 5 days per week (including some alternating Saturdays) Your Role Will Include Assisting with showroom sales, quotes, and client consultations Styling and maintaining our showroom to reflect seasonal collections and campaigns Offering styling guidance and product knowledge to clients in-store and online enquiries. Helping out with digital tasks when needed, whether it’s updating products online, creating digital content and marketing material. Sending weekly newsletters, sending a newsletter, or designing new marketing material.
