The Role The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing Loco Love’s connection with our key audiences, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s signature high vibes and message of self‑love. This role helps bring Loco Love’s magic to life across all major brand touchpoints. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and working closely with the Creative Founder, the Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of major brand initiatives, campaigns, and activations. In addition, they create engaging content, resources, and events that inspire and educate - delivering meaningful, immersive brand experiences for our wholesale customers, local community and the Loco Love team. Key Responsibilities: Loyalty Program: Manage and nurture Loco Love’s consumer loyalty programs, ‘Natural High Club’ and ‘Luminaries’, to take the consumer experiences to new heights. Engage with loyal consumers, gain insights and provide recommendations to the Head of Marketing to improve programs. Partnerships and Affiliates: Coordinate communications with affiliates and influencers, ensuring they feel supported, onboarded, and recognised. Oversee gifting programs and coordinate outreach with like minded individuals. Marketing communications: Assist the marketing team with execution of marketing activity and campaigns including competency across Klaviyo, social media scheduling and posting. Collaborations & Sponsorships: Manage a seamless and efficient approach to responding to external requests for collaborations and product/financial support. Elevate brand‑aligned, high‑value opportunities to Head of Marketing. Brand Experiences & Education: Develop meaningful brand resources and experiences for the Loco Love team, wholesale customers and other targeted audiences to enhance their understanding of Loco Love. Create accessible information and insight that reveals the love, alchemy and technical depth that goes into our products and brand. Content Creation: Develop discreet pieces of written content as part of the wider brand (and founder) content strategy. Create ‘branded content’ - blogs, articles and posts aligned to Loco Love’s tone of voice, as well as ‘founder’ content’ - LinkedIn posts, PR and more. Marketing Support: Assist the Head of Marketing as needed with execution of major marketing activity, including but not limited to, brand campaigns, NPD launches, significant activations, and so on. Asset Support: Assist with basic graphic design, image resizing, or video editing for digital and social campaigns. Reporting: Help maintain marketing reporting and track basic campaign performance metrics. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. 3+ years of marketing experience. Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing. Proficiency in systems such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Later, Canva, ecommerce platforms and current marketing communications software. Copywriting skills to create targeted written content. Excellent communication and relationship management skills with hands‑on approach to problem‑solving. Has a strong eye for detail and creative vision.
