Advanced Support Worker - Bank Community Integrated Care is inviting applications for the Advanced Support Worker - Bank role. Responsibilities Provide person‑centred support throughout the day to vulnerable adults living in the community, enabling them to live as independently as possible. Offer assistance with personal care, medication administration, financial support, attending community groups, preparing meals and engaging in social activities. Work 24 hours a day, Monday‑Sunday, with some weekend shifts as required. Connect with people to build trust and support the development of independent living skills. Collaborate with a team of colleagues, sharing skills and experiences. Attend and support individuals in their own homes, gaining understanding of the level of support required. Qualifications Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent experience in social care. Strong experience in mental health, autism, sensory communication and physical health. Patience, empathy, compassion, sensitivity, strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, determination, problem‑solving and resilience. A passion for supporting people to live independently. A willingness and ability to mentor and share knowledge with colleagues. Opportunity to undergo specialist training, including Positive Behaviour Support, Makaton and the Picture Exchange System.
