We are One Team. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re seeking a dynamic, hands‑on Assistant Manager to help lead one of Western Sydney’s most exciting venues. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in high‑volume, late‑night environments and loves bringing energy, structure, and warmth to the floor. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and General Manager to deliver seamless operations, memorable guest experiences, and a strong team culture.
