Our client in Sydney is looking for a Database Administrator for a contract role of 6+ months. For more information, email Required Skills 5-7 years of experience as a Database Administrator in an enterprise environment. Strong proficiency in administering and tuning at least two major relational database systems (SQL Server, MySQL). Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) is highly desirable. Solid understanding of database architecture, replication, high availability, and disaster recovery concepts. Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash). Experience with cloud database services (Azure SQL Database, GCP Cloud SQL) is a plus. All candidates should have full working rights in Australia.
