What's Expected from You Perform high-standard residential cleans (General, Deep, and Bond Cleans). Follow Maid Spotless checklists and client expectations. Punctual, work efficiently, and deliver quality results consistently. Communicate professionally with our team and clients. Maintain professionalism and care in every home you enter. To Be Successful in This Role ABN – must operate as an independent subcontractor. Public Liability Insurance (already held or willingness to obtain). Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain). Own cleaning products, vacuum, and mop. Reliable transport and a current driver's license. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Strong sense of pride, reliability, and professionalism in your work. Previous experience in residential cleaning, with a strong eye for detail and quality results.
