Employment and Workplace Relations Law Partner Melbourne, VIC A$175,000-$300,000 p/a + Lead the Practice Legal → Industrial Relations & Employment Law Hybrid Posted 26 days ago Melbourne | Employment Law | Full-time / Part-time / Hybrid No practice? No problem. This role comes with a steady stream of quality work and an established client base. You'll step into a lead position within a well-regarded commercial firm, managing the Employment Law practice with autonomy, support, and a junior lawyer to assist you. The Role You'll advise a broad mix of clients—professional services, construction, healthcare, education, retail—on the full spectrum of employment and workplace relations matters. You'll have oversight of the practice, but the day-to-day is yours to run. Matters include: Advocacy in the Fair Work Commission and other jurisdictions Executive employment, restraint clauses, termination strategies Workplace investigations, bullying, harassment, misconduct Contracts, award interpretation, HR compliance Once settled, you'll also help shape the direction of the practice—through mentoring, client relationships, and BD.
