The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to build and lead your own Employment & Workplace Relations Practice Group within a well‑resourced, supportive firm platform. We're looking for an established senior lawyer who is ready to take the next step in their career and shape and grow their own practice within a modern, collaborative, and well‑supported firm platform. Key Responsibilities Launch and lead the Employment Law Practice Group nationally Provide strategic advice to clients on all aspects of employment law Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives Lead business development efforts to grow the client base and expand into new markets Drive thought leadership in the employment law space Experience required 10+ years’ post‑admission experience (ideally in a leading national, international or boutique firm) Accredited specialist in Employment & Industrial Law (desirable but not essential) Strong reputation in the market and a demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients Portable client following or demonstrable business development capability Proven leadership skills and experience managing or mentoring lawyers Commercial mindset and collaborative leadership style What We Offer A highly competitive partner compensation structure National platform with operational, marketing, and administrative support Autonomy to build and shape your practice Hybrid working arrangements Collaborative culture focused on transparency, growth, and client service Access to cross‑practice collaboration and national client base Seniority level: Executive | Employment type: Full‑time | Job function: Legal | Industries: Law Practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
